As one of the project outputs, the service provision rules and set of principles are developed which competence centres and other cooperating laboratories will follow in providing testing services to electronics SMEs. The aim of rules is to reduce bureaucracy when using the service, speed up processes, optimise costs and make the whole process of receiving testing services more SME-friendly.
