1. SOLAR SIMULATOR - PASAN MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS „HIGH LIGHT 3“

Class AAA+: spectral match 0,875– 1,125, irradiance inhomogeneity 1%, voltage and current measurement uncertainty is less than 0.2%.

2. ELECTROLUMINESCENCE MEASUREMENT CAMERA „GREATEYES GE 1024 1024 BI MID“

> Spectrum range (NIR) (near infrared): 780 nm – 1100 nm;
> Resolution – 1024x1024px;
> Type of measured samples – c-Si, a-Si, micro-Si, CIS, CIGS, CdTe;
> Measurement duration – 0.5-60 s (depends from module type and size).

3. CLIMATIC MEASUREMENT CHAMBER "WEISS - WK 3100/70/8"

Maximum and minimum temperature according to LST EN 61215 or analogous standard – 180°C and -70°C, temperature fluctuations in continuous mode – from ±0.3°C to ±0.5°C, relative humidity regulatio from 10% to 95%.

4. ADHESION MEASUREMENT DEVICE "IMADA ZTS-500N"

Error equals ±0.2% from all measurement scale (500N±1N), sample contact tear angle can be changed from 0 to 180±5°.

5. UV AGEING CHAMBER "WK 11'/+60/UV"

Spectral flow density according to LST EN 61646 less than 250 W/m2, UV source intensity inhomogoneity according to LST EN 61215 <±15 %, distance between UV lamps and module surface – 1500 mm.

6. WET LEAKAGE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM "HIGHPOT TESTER GUARDIAN 1030s"

Direct current voltage measurement accuracy ±1 %, minimal isolation resistance measurement value 0.1 MΩ, isolation resistance uncertainty from ±1.5 % till ±15 %.

7. TESTING COMPETENCES

Measurement of metrological characteristics of solar modules, accelerated ageing testing.
